Vitamin C quickly Heals Covid-19

Vitamin C

Selenium and Zinc support important immune function. Your daily multi-vitamin/mineral should have 100-200mcg (micro grams) of Selenium in it and 8-10mg of Zinc. If it doesn’t, go get some.
