How does it get in the body?

But why there is a lack of Hydrogen in Normal Water
In all liquid chemistry such as water, molecules of the same type, normally stick together like a bunch of grapes, in what is known as chemical associations or molecular clusters.
When you drink these clusters, the hormone melanin, which splits the molecules into hydrogen and oxygen atoms, can only access the outside molecules of the clusters – it is unable to access the interior molecules stuck together. As a result, less than adequate hydrogen is processed for the body.
This lack of hydrogen puts the glands and organs into a hypoactive (below normal function) state which can be overcome by drinking (hydrating) a lot more water during the day.
