“I had been diagnosed by a Gastroenterologist after images were taken with a hiatal Hernia. I suffered for years with GERD and reflux, trouble swallowing. They put the fear of God into me telling me they wanted to check it for cancer that the cells could turn cancerous if the problem persisted. I started taking antacids and then prescribed antacids. Later, things worsened after Covid.
I tried one Super Bio (N) on the point where the ribs meet in the center (pg196) at night just for the heck of it. (Not sure this was the recommended treatment, I think it was 2stack RB) It helped with symptoms a bit. Then I did that nightly since there were no negative effects noticed. I wore it nightly for 3 weeks. I went back and did a barium swallow and I can’t say how it happened but the hernia was gone or they were unable to find one at that time. My symptoms are gone though I still get some minor heartburn if I eat too much or too spicy, it’s generally mild. I also quit caffeine during that time.
So the hernia resolved somehow. The antacids sure helped ease the symptoms and I’d say it had to be the magnet placement, but I have no way to prove it. Generally, when read about, hiatal hernias – they don’t just go away. They generally require surgery or that people just manage the symptoms. Obviously, Peter’s treatment suggestions are what I’d listen to here, but I just wanted to share this story, because I now use magnets regularly and share them with others.”
